Job Description
We are partnering with a family-owned, mid-sized specialty electrical contractor on the South Shore to identify a strong Estimator / Project Manager to join their growing team.
This role will oversee all aspects of assigned electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout, including estimating, scheduling, safety, client relations, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is a licensed Journeyman Electrician with deep field experience who has successfully transitioned into project management and estimating.

Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from bid through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.
- Prepare detailed estimates, cost analyses, and bid packages for medium voltage underground utility projects.
- Develop project-specific safety plans and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Oversee scheduling, material procurement, subcontractor management, and field coordination.
- Maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project.
- Build and mentor internal teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Manage project financials, forecasts, and reporting with proficiency in Sage software.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and delivering successful projects
Qualifications
Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000 Commensurate with experience + competitive bonus structure

- Journeyman Electrician License (required).
- 5+ years of combined project management and estimating experience, ideally in medium voltage or underground utility work.
- Strong background in field operations and technical electrical knowledge.
- Proficiency with Sage project management/accounting software.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive safety programs.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
