Responsibilities:

Manage front office/reception coverage and greet visitors professionally.

Oversee the office calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate team events.

Order, organize, and maintain office supplies and inventory.

Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and catering.

Support day-to-day administrative needs of a busy team, ensuring smooth operations.

Act as the go-to person for office operations and team support.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing a 60+ person office.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

On-site in Astoria, Queens.

Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Pay Range: $80,000 – $107,000
