Job Description

Title: Electrical Foreman (Traveling Role – Growth to Superintendent)
We are seeking a skilled and driven Electrical Foreman to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers consistent work, the opportunity to travel to various project sites, and a clear path for advancement into a Superintendent position.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead and manage electrical crews on commercial projects
  • Oversee day-to-day job site operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
What We’re Looking For:
  • Active E2 License
  • Proven experience running $1M–$3M electrical projects
  • Experience managing crews of 10–15 electricians
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
