Title: Electrical Foreman (Traveling Role – Growth to Superintendent)
We are seeking a skilled and driven Electrical Foreman to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers consistent work, the opportunity to travel to various project sites, and a clear path for advancement into a Superintendent position.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage electrical crews on commercial projects
- Oversee day-to-day job site operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Active E2 License
- Proven experience running $1M–$3M electrical projects
- Experience managing crews of 10–15 electricians
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
