We are seeking a motivated Operations Assistant to provide critical administrative and project support to our Operations team across a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

As an Operations Assistant, your contributions will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including government submittals, safety and quality reports, personnel lists, contact information, site photographs, and meeting minutes

  • Upload and maintain documents within the Project Portal

  • Support proposal efforts and assist with technical editing of documents

  • Ensure timely receipt of project materials and supplies in the field office

  • Assist with preparation of client invoices as needed

  • Manage project-related invoices, including preparation, tracking, and coordination with internal departments

  • Support procurement activities by interfacing between procurement staff and project teams

  • Assist with preparation of progress reports, schedule updates, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner

  • Perform additional administrative tasks and project support duties as assigned


Qualifications:

We are seeking a dependable professional who brings strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Associate degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Minimum of one year of experience providing general administrative support in an office or project site setting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and Windows-based platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines

  • Willingness and ability to work on-site at project locations and travel domestically and internationally as required

  • Ability to work in both office and active field environments

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform frequent computer and keyboard work

  • Visual acuity to view computer monitors, distinguish figures and symbols, and see fine details

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying environmental and weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, snow)

  • Ability to safely work in environments with potential exposure to moving equipment, dust, noise, and other hazards typical of construction or munitions sites


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision


Pay Range: $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr
