Essential Functions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Receive, inspect, log, and properly store incoming chemical shipments, ensuring accurate labeling and regulatory compliance.
- Track inventory levels, perform routine cycle counts, identify discrepancies, and communicate restocking needs.
- Perform glycol blending operations in accordance with internal quality control procedures and ensure proper documentation of all blended batches.
- Collect, label, and maintain glycol batch samples for quality assurance and recordkeeping.
- Stage equipment, materials, drums, and totes in advance of field service jobs and outbound deliveries to ensure crew readiness.
- Prepare materials for shipment, ensuring correct packaging, labeling, and accessibility for transport.
- Maintain logs for warehouse and blending equipment, perform basic preventative maintenance, and coordinate repairs as necessary.
- Collaborate with operations teams, field crews, purchasing, and customer service to ensure alignment between warehouse activities and business needs.
- Experience working in a warehouse, chemical handling, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe handling procedures for chemicals and industrial materials.
- Experience with inventory management, material staging, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly related to documentation and quality control.
- Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to lift and move materials in an industrial setting and work in a physically active environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with glycol blending, chemical distribution, or environmental services operations is highly preferred but not required.
