Job Description

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, professional and relationship-driven environment? Resource Options is partnering with a boutique commercial real estate firm expanding in Providence, RI, seeking a licensed commercial real estate agent to join their office in the Providence Financial District

This opportunity is designed for licensed agents with experience in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, sales, investment, and owner-user deals. Agents work directly with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and investors across the Providence market.


Responsibilities

  • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision.

  • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally.

  • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations

  • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data

  •  Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers

  • Secure new and expanded client relationships


Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of commercial real estate experience 

  • Ability to make sound judgments based on imperfect information

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software 

  • Relationship driven personality


Pay Range: $85,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings. 1099 Employees, Uncapped commissions and a 50/50 broker split.
