We are seeking a positive, confident, and experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of a 60-unit senior living facility in Middleton, MA. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys managing complex building projects, and takes pride in delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of a construction project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee the successful execution of a 60-unit senior living facility, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and schedules are maintained.
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownership teams.
• Review and manage project budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support the field team in resolving construction challenges and maintaining project momentum.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years of experience managing commercial or multifamily construction projects.
• Proven experience overseeing ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and construction documentation.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction management software.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, safety awareness, and strong working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Pay Range: $130,000-$150,000
