We’re hiring Project-Based Superintendents / Project Managers with a background in commercial interior renovations, strong coordination skills, and a hands-on approach to getting work done. What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for individuals who take ownership of their projects—keeping teams aligned, schedules tight, and quality high from kickoff through completion.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Execution: Oversee daily job site operations for commercial interior renovations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Trade Management: Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries to maintain consistent workflow and avoid downtime.
Site Leadership: Run the job site with a strong presence—keeping crews productive, organized, and accountable.
Client Communication: Keep clients informed with clear updates while managing expectations throughout the project.
Scheduling: Build and manage project timelines, adjusting as needed to stay on track.
Quality Assurance: Review work in place to ensure it meets plans, specs, and overall project standards.
Issue Resolution: Tackle challenges head-on and keep the job moving without delays.
Reporting: Maintain daily logs, track progress, and communicate with internal teams.
Accountability: Take full ownership of project performance, from mobilization to closeout.
What You Need to Qualify
The Experience: 5–10+ years in commercial construction, specifically interior fit-outs or renovations.
The Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction sequencing, drawings, and project flow.
The Tools: Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms is a plus.
The Commitment: Ability to stay on schedule and deliver results within defined project timelines.
The Basics: Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
Professional Backing: Strong references that speak to your leadership and project delivery.
Pay Range: $50.00/hr. – $60.00/hr.
