Join a Growing Team as a GIS Analyst (Junior to Mid-Level)! Are you a GIS professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic, technology-driven environment? We are seeking both Junior and Mid-Level GIS Analysts to support a variety of utility and enterprise GIS initiatives, ranging from data management and mapping to advanced web-based applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates at different stages of their careers—whether you’re building your foundation or expanding into enterprise GIS and web mapping. If you enjoy working with geospatial data, solving problems, and collaborating across teams, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

As a GIS Analyst, your work will support both day-to-day GIS operations and the development of scalable mapping solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting GIS data creation, editing, and maintenance for utility and infrastructure projects

  • Assisting with map production, spatial analysis, and data validation using ArcGIS tools

  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of web-based GIS applications and dashboards (mid-level focus)

  • Working within enterprise GIS environments to support data integration and system performance

  • Collaborating with internal teams to support both field and office GIS needs, while maintaining organized geospatial records and documentation

  • Providing general GIS support, including data collection, quality control, and process improvements

Qualifications:

We are seeking motivated professionals with strong technical skills and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or related discipline

  • 1–5 years of GIS experience (internships/co-ops considered for junior candidates)

  • Experience with ArcGIS (ArcMap and/or ArcGIS Pro), with enterprise and web mapping experience expected at the mid-level

  • Exposure to utility, infrastructure, or environmental projects preferred

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GIS certifications or relevant academic coursework

  • Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, web mapping applications, or ArcGIS Indoors

  • Familiarity with geodatabases, scripting (Python/JavaScript), or enterprise GIS environments

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Pay Range:

  • $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr (Junior Level)

  • $80,000 - $100,000 annually (Mid-Level)
