Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a growing heavy civil and environmental remediation contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting multiple active construction projects by coordinating schedules, materials, and communication between teams to ensure projects run smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Assist Project Managers in coordinating multiple active construction and remediation projects simultaneously.
  • Schedule subcontractors, crews, and material deliveries to support project timelines.
  • Track project progress and help ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions related to project execution.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and provide support across several projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of administrative, project coordination, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Construction or engineering industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $55,000 – $70,000
