Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of HVAC systems on projects throughout the Greater Boston area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a diverse background in building maintenance, who is looking to work with some of the leading property owners in the area. From commercial to industrial to residential, there is a spot for you.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Light plumbing
• Appliance install
• Moving materials
• General Maintenance
• Painting/ Patching
• Site clean up- picking up materials
• Assisting various tradesmen
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of HVAC experience required
• Ablility to Diagnose and Troubleshoot HVAC systems is a must
• Comply with all safety policies
• Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Gloves (Provided)
• Work boots, Jeans, Long Sleeves
• Reliable transportation,
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in accordance to practices as described in the ROI field hand book
Pay Range: $23.00/hr.- $25/hr.
