We’re looking for experienced Lead Commercial Carpenters and Commercial Carpenters ready to take ownership of high-impact commercial builds. If you can run a crew, read prints with confidence, and deliver clean, quality work — this is a strong long-term opportunity with room to grow.

- Lead crews of 4–10+ carpenters on active commercial job sites
- Run projects from layout to completion with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Interpret blueprints and coordinate daily with PMs, Supers, and GC contacts
- Execute:
- Metal stud framing
- Drywall hanging
- Acoustical ceilings
- Light taping & spackling
- Doors, hardware, trim, and finish work
- Maintain production schedules and keep jobs moving
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized site
- Mentor younger carpenters and help build strong crews
- 5–10+ years of commercial carpentry experience
- Proven leadership running crews on job sites
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
- Well-rounded in framing, drywall, ceilings, and finish work
- OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 is a plus)
- Open to additional training (fall protection, lull operation)
- Dependable, motivated, and takes pride in their work
