Job Description

Build More Than Projects — Lead Them.
We’re looking for experienced Lead Commercial Carpenters and Commercial Carpenters ready to take ownership of high-impact commercial builds. If you can run a crew, read prints with confidence, and deliver clean, quality work — this is a strong long-term opportunity with room to grow.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead crews of 4–10+ carpenters on active commercial job sites
  • Run projects from layout to completion with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Interpret blueprints and coordinate daily with PMs, Supers, and GC contacts
  • Execute:
    • Metal stud framing
    • Drywall hanging
    • Acoustical ceilings
    • Light taping & spackling
    • Doors, hardware, trim, and finish work
  • Maintain production schedules and keep jobs moving
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized site
  • Mentor younger carpenters and help build strong crews
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5–10+ years of commercial carpentry experience
  • Proven leadership running crews on job sites
  • Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
  • Well-rounded in framing, drywall, ceilings, and finish work
  • OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 is a plus)
  • Open to additional training (fall protection, lull operation)
  • Dependable, motivated, and takes pride in their work

Pay Range: $30.00/hr.- $35.00/hr.
