Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Skilled Field Technician to support a variety of environmental, industrial, construction, and utility projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is committed to safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor tasks to support field crews and project operations
  • Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist with excavation, demolition, and site restoration projects
  • Support equipment operators and skilled trades as needed
  • Perform manual labor in a variety of outdoor work environments
  • Follow all company and client safety procedures
  • Complete other duties as assigned to support project needs

Qualifications:

  • Previous construction, environmental, industrial, or general labor experience preferred
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 40 certification is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
  • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to be clean-shaven if respirator use is required

Pay Range: $20–25/hr
