We’re hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.

Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.

Review project drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.

Track project progress, costs, and documentation to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Assist with contract administration, permit tracking, and project closeout documentation.

Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Maintain accurate project records using construction management software.

Support field operations and perform site visits as needed.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or as an Assistant Project Manager with a General Contractor.

Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, sequencing, and project documentation.3

Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project scheduling.

Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000 Commensurate with experience.
