Job Overview
ROI is currently partnered with a with a very reputable General Contractor located in Central CT and hiring for a multitude of positions within Construction Management. Projects are primarily Multi-Residential, Commercial, and Environmental Construction.
Responsibilities may include:
Pay Range: $65k - $75k

Representative positions include carpenters, electricians, laborers, pipefitters, plumbers, OSHA 40 technicians, CDL drivers, lab pack chemists, HEO’s, w/ww operators, analytical chemists, environmental scientists, EH&S professionals, land surveyors, M/E/P, civil, structural and geotechnical engineers, architects and interior designers, project managers, estimators, superintendents, OPM representatives and more.

- Team leadership
- Budget & cost management
- Site management
- Compliance & regulations
- Quality control
- Stakeholder communications
- Risk management
- Documentation & reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field (Preferred, not required)
- Proficient in computer software such as Procore and Microsoft Office
- Must demonstrate an ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
- Understanding of contractual documents, plans, specifications and construction means and methods
- Possessing OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus
