Resource Options is currently partnering with a well-known and one of the fastest growing General Contractors in the area, actively seeking a Safety Manager to join their team. This company is in growth mode, priding themselves on staff development, challenging projects, and highly collaborative team atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction safety and team leadership. Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the companies “Self-Perform” division
  • Write and compose divisions safety plans
  • Identify & address any safety violations
  • Perform daily/weekly team meetings
  • Coordinate with senior leadership on all safety matters and new initiatives

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience within construction safety
  • Strong technical background
  • Experience writing and executing new safety initiatives
  • Ability to oversee multiple departments of 100 team members or more
