Position: Finish & Shop Carpenters

We’re looking for experienced, detail-driven Finish Carpenters and Shop Carpenters to join our growing team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, value precision, and enjoy working in a professional environment, we want to hear from you.

Available Positions:

Finish Carpenter
You’ll be responsible for the final touches that bring a space together – from installing trim and cabinetry to custom-built features and detailed interior woodwork. Your eye for detail and commitment to quality will shine through in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install doors, windows, trim, crown molding, baseboards, cabinetry, and other finish materials

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and design specs

• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and finish quality

• Collaborate with other trades and team members on job sites

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Ensure work complies with all safety standards and building codes

Shop Carpenter
As a Shop Carpenter, you’ll work in our production facility, helping to fabricate custom wood components, cabinetry, and millwork. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a controlled work environment and values accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials based on design specifications

• Operate woodworking machines and power tools safely and efficiently

• Interpret detailed drawings and build to exact specifications

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

• Collaborate with project managers and install teams to meet deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications (for both roles):

• 3+ years of professional carpentry experience (finish or shop, depending on role)

• Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with safety practices and OSHA guidelines

• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs

• Excellent time management and communication skills
   

Pay Range: $28-$35/hr.
