Job Description

ROI is currently collaborating with a well-established Commercial Real Estate firm in the Greater Boston area on their search for a Property Manager. This position will require day-to-day management of the portfolio properties and responsibility of financial management, lease administration, and tenant relations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in building a strong reputation and experience within the New England commercial real estate industry.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and oversee day-to-day operations of several portfolio properties including maintenance, repairs, and construction
  • Assist in the development of operation budgets, budget implementation, and management including expense control and invoicing
  • Oversee and inspect the maintenance of building services and structures (elevators, roofs, floors, walls etc.), and building operating systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
  • Provide strong communication with tenants and vendors
  • Establish tenant relations through regular contact and delivery of require services
  • Crosstrain with other departments (Asset management, Acquisition, Construction and Due Diligence)
  • Direct procurement efforts and contract negotiation related to necessary building repairs, upgrades, and services
  • 0-4 years of Commercial or Residential Real Estate experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or Construction Management highly desired
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to interact with tenants, vendors, patrons, and municipal offices
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi Software experience preferred
