Job Description

ROI is currently collaborating with a multi-disciplinary engineering firm in New England on their search for a Project Manager of Civil Engineering in Concord, NH (hybrid). The Project Manager will be responsible for providing support on industrial, state/municipal, federal, and commercial projects throughout New England.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships within the project team including client, junior engineers, and contractors
  • Provide technical oversight on hydrology and hydraulic models of stormwater runoff using HydroCAD
  • Support land development projects including preparation and review of calculations, design set plans, and application package
  • Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements through BMPs
  • Provide NPDES permit assistance
  • Plan and prepare stormwater Pollution Preventions Plants (SWPPPs)
  • Provide strong communication with client and other representatives
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets



  • B.S in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Professional Engineering (PE) licensure in NH, MA, and/or ME
  • 8+ years of experience with land development and permitting projects within NH, MA and/or ME
  • AutoCAD, HydroCAD experience required
  • Must have experience with NPDES permitting and SWPPPs
