We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to help oversee a large portfolio on the exceeding one million square feet. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, financial performance, and overall success of the assigned properties. Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist ownership and management team oversee all aspects of property management for a large portfolio, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and repair costs.
  • Manage and supervise on-site personnel, including building engineers, security staff, and maintenance technicians
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and lease agreements.
  • Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including occupancy rates, rental income, and operating expenses
  •  Implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize profitability.
  • Generate monthly and annual reports for ownership and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and complaints.
  • Oversee lease renewals and negotiations.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new tenants.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management, with a proven track record of success in managing commercial/industrial portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate lease agreements, legal and regulatory requirements, and financial management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  •  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (preferred).
