ROI is currently collaborating with a nation-wide multidisciplinary engineering firm on their search for a Construction Inspector in the Greater Boston area. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level candidate to continue their professional growth within the geotechnical and construction industry while gaining valuable knowledge in the field.  


Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform Nuclear Density monitoring of soils
  • Oversee environmental remediation and Civil related construction projects
  • Monitor construction and drilling activities during the installation of steel
  • Perform concrete and compaction testing
  • Assist in traditional environmental sampling on occasion


  • B.S in Environmental, Geology, Engineering, or a related program
  • Relevant work experience with soils or construction sites
  • Nuclear Density Gauge and / or Troxler certifications preferred but not required
  • OSHA 10 and OSHA 40 certifications preferred
