Required Qualifications:
  • NO relevant degree necessary
  • MUST have strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • ACI Certifications are a plus (not mandatory)
  • ICC Certifications are a plus (not mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections and assessments of construction materials including soils, masonry, structural steel, and concrete in accordance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
  • Perform field and laboratory tests on construction materials to assess their quality, strength, and durability.
  • Verify that construction materials meet the required standards and specifications before and during construction.
  • Document and report inspection findings accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues related to construction materials.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved materials and specifications.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
