Project Engineer:

Our ideal candidate will have previous construction experience and excellent communication skills; written and oral. Responsibilities May Include:

  • Maintain control of all project documentation
  • Create/Manage/Track RFI's and Submittals to Architect/Owners for approvals
  • Understand Project plans and specifications
  • Assist with Estimating duties including but not limited to: takeoff, soliciting bids
  • Responsible/Assist for conducting buyout for projects
  • Manage project schedules
  • Creating and distributing project closeout materials including but not limited to O & M Manuals, Warranty Letters and As-Builts
  • Maintain cost and quality control of projects
  • Assist Project Manager with assigned tasks
  • Assist with safety concerns on job sites
  • Willingness to be flexible, managing different contract types and project deliverables for private and public clients



  • Bachelors or Associates Degree in Construction Management or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Civil, Structural (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6) preferred but not mandatory
