ROI is currently collaborating with a Massachusetts-based General Contractor in their search for a Punch List Coordinator in the Boston area. This is a contract-based assignment for a large-scale multi-unit residential project.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Utilize company software to prepare and deliver daily reports to project manager and other senior leadership
  • Provide strong communication with client and other representatives
  • Responsible for functioning in a support role to the Project Superintendent
  • Help coordinate punch list teams to complete tasks successfully.  


  • Must have strong proficiencies with Procore, Microsoft, and computer tablets
  • Ability to read construction plans and documents
  • 5-10+ years experience within commercial multi-unit construction
