ROI is currently collaborating with a New Hampshire-based General Contractor in their search for a Site Representative in the North Shore and Southern New Hampshire areas. This is a contract-based assignment for a ground up addition to a hardware store.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Report to the lead Project Manager on daily progress/concerns.
  • Assist with managing the construction crew.
  • Schedule material order and timely arrival.
  • Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, developers, and other stakeholders on budgets/schedules.


  • Must have strong proficiencies with Procore, Microsoft, and computer tablets
  • Ability to read construction plans and documents
  • 5-10+ years’ experience within commercial multi-unit construction
