- Identify the key skill requirements and expectations for each role
- Source & screen potential candidates
- Conduct in person interview(s)
- I-9 verification
- Perform reference checks and necessary pre-employment screenings
- Confirm and coordinate all job start specifics between candidate and client
- Follow up at the end of day one and maintain an ongoing line of communication with candidate and client
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure candidate and client satisfaction
